Is it possible to change my name in the certificate?
During the generation of the certificate, the system provides an opportunity to check your ID. At this stage, check them carefully, and also pay attention that the data you provide is entered in the appropriate fields. For example, the last name should be written in the corresponding field “Last name”, etc.
After you have confirmed the correctness of provided data, it is no longer possible to change the full name.
If a mistake was made, then we recommend you register a new account and enter the correct name. If necessary, the existing account can be deleted in Menu -> My Account. After deletion of existing account, a new account can be created at the same email.
How to get a certificate?
The certificate can be obtained only in case of successful passing of the final test for the course.
After passing the final test, the “Get certificate” button will appear under it (at the bottom of the page). Click it and follow the prompts – carefully check your name, as it will be impossible to change them after receiving the certificate. After that, you can download the certificate to your device.
All received certificates are stored in your account -> Menu -> Certificates. You can download them by clicking on the NAME of the course anytime.
I registered my child for a children’s course, and I don’t see other courses, how do I take adult courses?
One profile of the platforms is designed for the training of one person. So that the child can also take the course, we recommend that you register them separately for the appropriate age category so that they have access to the course of their age.
And vice versa, to take courses for adults, you should register on the Platforms separately, for the age category over 18 years old.
What to do if the “Forward” button has disappeared after passing the test?
If the test is passed successfully, you can go to the next topic in the Contents on the right side of the screen by clicking on the first topic of the next section.
On the mobile version you can find Contents in the upper right corner by clicking on the arrow icon [<].
If the test is passed incorrectly, then the timer starts. After the timer expires, the test will be opened automatically, and you can take it again as many times as needed.
What should I do if I didn’t change my password, but I received an email about its change / recovery?
Carefully read received email. If you haven’t changed your password, the letter will say “ignore this email” and your password will not change.
