After the full-scale invasion on February 24, 2022, Ukraine is the country with the most Mine and Explosive Ordnance (EO) contamination in the world. Due to this, the danger of injury and death of adults and children due to improper handling of ammunition and explosive ordnance, which remained in the territories of hostilities, after numerous shelling of different regions of Ukraine, in de-occupied cities and villages, as terrible “gifts” from a cruel and insidious enemy, has increased sharply, and also got into uncontrolled circulation throughout the country.
Therefore, Explosive ordnance risk education (EORE) is becoming increasingly relevant. The purpose of this course is to raise the level of awareness of the residents of Ukraine about the risks of mines and explosive ordnance, and to form safe behavior skills.
